Find out why customers complain about an Amazon product

VibeFlip is an Amazon review analyzer: paste a product URL and it groups the reviews into recurring complaints and estimates what each one costs per month. Then it writes the fix: listing copy, supplier instructions and FAQ answers you can use the same day.

Questions

What is an Amazon review analyzer?

An Amazon review analyzer reads a product's customer reviews and summarises them into themes, so you can see what buyers like and complain about without reading every review. VibeFlip goes one step further and generates the fixes for each complaint.

Is VibeFlip's review analyzer free?

Your first report is free: signing up includes 1 audit credit. Paid plans start at $29.99 a month for 10 reports.

Can I analyse a competitor's Amazon reviews?

Yes. Any public listing with at least 10 reviews can be analysed, which makes it useful for finding the complaints a competitor hasn't fixed before you launch.

How is this different from exporting reviews to a spreadsheet?

An exporter gives you a CSV of raw reviews to read yourself. VibeFlip groups them into complaint themes, estimates the cost of each, and writes the listing, supplier and FAQ fixes. You can still export the analysis to CSV.

Does it use my Seller Central data?

No. It works from public review data only, so there is nothing to connect and no account access to grant.
