Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

VibeFlip analyzes publicly available Amazon product review data that you point us to (via a product URL or ASIN) and generates a report with suggested fixes — such as listing edits, supplier instructions, and FAQ answers. Reports and estimates (including revenue-impact figures) are generated using automated analysis and third-party AI models. They are estimates and recommendations only, not guarantees of outcome, and not professional, medical, legal, or safety advice.

• The Service is credit-based: generating a new audit or competitor report consumes one credit; viewing a previously cached report does not.
• New accounts receive free credits as described on our pricing page. Paid plans and credit top-ups are billed in advance through our payment processor.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Nothing there limits any statutory refund right you have where you live.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to future billing cycles.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service to manipulate, incentivize, or fabricate Amazon reviews, or to violate Amazon's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to submit
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service, or bypass credit/rate limits
• Use the Service to build a competing product using our outputs, or resell access to the Service without our written consent
• Use generated content to make unsupported medical, legal, or safety claims about a product
• Misuse the supplier-email feature to send spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk email unrelated to a genuine business relationship

You retain ownership of the product URLs, supplier email addresses, and other input you submit. You grant us a license to use that input to operate and improve the Service. Generated fix-plan content is yours to use in your business (e.g. in your Amazon listing or supplier communications).

VibeFlip and its underlying technology, branding, and design are our property or that of our licensors. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand assets.

The Service relies on publicly available Amazon data retrieved via third-party providers and on third-party AI models to generate analysis. We don't control Amazon's platform or data accuracy, and report content may occasionally be incomplete or imprecise. We never include competitor names in generated listing copy.

THE SERVICE AND ALL REPORTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC SALES, REVENUE, OR RATING OUTCOME FROM USING OUR RECOMMENDATIONS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIBEFLIP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. billing, disclaimers, liability limits) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above, and for material changes we'll provide reasonable notice by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live, or of your right to bring a claim there. Purchases are additionally subject to the buyer terms of Creem, our Merchant of Record, agreed at checkout.

If you have an active paid plan, you may optionally turn a completed report for a product you own or are authorized to represent into a public, seller-approved “Customer Feedback Case Study” that VibeFlip publishes and search engines can index, as an included co-marketing benefit.

• Participation is optional and opt-in. You review the exact page and give explicit, itemized consent before anything is published, and we keep a record of that consent.
• You confirm that you own the product or are authorized to represent the brand, and that you hold the rights to any images or brand assets you upload. You are responsible for the accuracy of the brand statements, responses, and any results you supply.
• Pages paraphrase recurring review themes. They do not reproduce verbatim customer reviews, reviewer identities, your account or billing data, or the private internal report. Product images must be your own assets, not Amazon-hosted images.
• You may unpublish a page at any time from your dashboard, including after your subscription ends. Generating, editing, and re-publishing require an active paid plan; unpublishing does not.
• The published product link is provided as a paid-plan benefit and is marked rel="sponsored nofollow". We make no guarantee of any search ranking, traffic, sales, rating, or other outcome from a case study.
• We may decline to publish, sanitize, suspend, or remove a case study — for example if it appears inaccurate, infringing, unlawful, or in breach of these Terms — and we may take a page down in response to a rights or content complaint.
